Delivery
We delivery anywhere in the world for just £2.50 postage and packing, this price applies to any size order, UK orders are sent via first class mail. International orders are sent via the appropriate mailing method as advised by our local postage depot.
Additional postage costs for international deliveries
If orders are being delivered outside the United Kingdom you may have to pay additional import duty for jewellery, you will have to check with your local customs authority for information on this.
Stock
With the large variety of designs available on the market and ever changing demands we only hold small quantities of stock from our suppliers as many of our customers only order single copies of a particular design, this allows us to display a wider variety of designs to give our customers a larger choice of products, in the instance that an item you wish to purchase is out of stock we will often be able to get a new delivery in just 5-10 days however this may take longer in busy periods such as Christmas. Therefore if you require a larger volume of a specific design this may take a little longer to process and dispatch. We do hold a larger volume on the more popular designs.
Dispatch of your order
Once your order has been placed we typically process and dispatch the order the same day, you will receive an email informing you when the order is being processed and another when we have dispatched it to you. If there is a delay in dispatching your order you can view it’s status by logging onto your account on our site and viewing your order status.
Refunds and Returns
We offer a full 7-day money back guarantee. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason you may either ask for a full refund or replacement item in case the item is damaged, we are sorry but we are unable to refund the original postage and packaging cost of £2.50. *All engraved items or custom work is excluded from this policy
